Winemaker Notes
This expressive white blend opens with a brilliant golden straw color and an aromatic bouquet of exotic fruit, white flowers, dried fruits, and pineapple. On the palate, it is lively, fresh, and well-structured, with supple layers of broom and acacia adding depth and charm. Balanced and cheerful, the wine concludes with a vibrant citrus finish highlighted by mineral undertones.
Production
Harvested under ideal conditions that encouraged freshness and aromatic intensity, the Sauvignon contributes crisp citrus notes, while the Sémillon adds body and roundness. Muscadelle enhances the aromatic profile with floral complexity. Careful vinification preserved the lively character of the fruit, resulting in a wine that is at once elegant and approachable. Best served chilled at 10–12°C, it is perfect as an aperitif or alongside fish terrines, cooked fish, and fried dishes.
